Erica has two daughters at Charter, a 4th grader and a 2nd grader, as well as a future learner – a 3 year old son who can’t wait to join his sisters.   Erica started volunteering in her daughter’s kindergarten classroom helping with cooking, math tiles and chaperoning field trips.  She loves the Charter philosophy and community and is honored to be serving on the Board.

In her professional life, Erica is an independent consultant helping companies and nonprofits create meaningful partnerships.  Erica is a Bay Area native, but spent 15 years living in Boston before coming “home”.  In her free time, Erica enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with family and friends.
